In order to accommodate the construction of our exciting new development at 138 Yorkville, pedestrian access to Yorkville Village off Yorkville Avenue will be closed from March 1, 2022.
The 138 Yorkville development will be a rare and awe-inspiring landmark, set to crown Canada’s most exclusive neighbourhood. Featuring an ultra-luxurious residential tower, three floors of world-class retail and curated public space, this high-end, mixed-use development will further elevate the prestigious corner of Yorkville Avenue and Avenue Road.
During this time, Yorkville Village will be open. Pedestrians are able to access the shopping centre via our entrances located at 18 Hazelton Avenue, 55 Avenue Road and 87 Avenue Road, and our parking lot off Avenue Road will remain fully accessible.
