Begin your morning with a complimentary Equinox Body Sculpt class, designed to energize, sculpt, and get you moving.

Body Sculpt:
An endurance-based, low-impact workout using high reps and light to medium weights in combination with equipment such as bands and gliding discs. This class focuses on increasing muscle definition and improving total body mobility through controlled, high-repetition movement.

This all-levels class invites you to flow through your workout while incorporating JŪS into your routine — because self-care doesn’t need to be scheduled, it can move with you.

Come ready to learn how to achieve the perfect slick-back with the JŪS team. As you move, your JŪS hair mask will be working through your hair.

Mats and towels will be provided.

Your ticket includes everything you need for the full slick-back + recovery experience:

After class, transition into our curated Recovery Zone — a space to unwind, refresh, and connect.
