Here’s what Chuck had to say about owning and operating a small business in 2020. What is your absolute favourite menu item that you will never get bored of? Chuck: Growing up in Lebanon, I remember how they used to serve shawarma’s on the street.

Jack: The Flat White has long been a favourite of mine; think silky smooth milk and deep syrupy espresso. But if you're in a hurry, the Cortado is shorter on milk, stronger on taste and equally delicious!  •••••••••• Dare we say it's been an unprecedented year - what is your biggest takeaway of 2020? Jack: 2020 has been a real challenge! I’ve always loved our customers and I appreciate them even more for their support and loyalty throughout this crazy year! The positivity and love of the community has kept us strong throughout and we are excited for 2021! •••••••••• What's your best piece of advice for other small businesses? Jack: I would say, don’t be afraid to evolve in business! Most good ideas and positive results come from the failure of previous ideas and mistakes already made. What is the inspiration behind Heidi Ho2? Heidi: I have always been creative and I started off making jewelry and selling it at craft shows in the summer right here in Yorkville. Eventually I moved into a short term lease concept with the idea of switching up the vendors every month…and that short term lease concept turned into 12+ years! •••••••••• What is this season’s must-have? Heidi: This seasons must-have, hands down, is the matching leisure tracksuit.
